Any attempt to commit financial fraud is strictly punished. And to minimize such cases, our site has a number of rules:
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and bet on the official 11ic website. Underage users cannot create an account;
- Each player is only allowed to have one account. Re-registration will result in the blocking of all accounts along with the money in the account;
- It is forbidden to play multiple people from the same device. If you share a computer or smartphone, you must inform 11ic Support and verify all accounts;
- Payment transactions may only be made using e-wallets and bank cards that are registered to you. You may not use other people’s details;
- For each payment system, the cash desk has individual limits on deposits and withdrawals. You will not be able to make a transaction if you go beyond them;
- The administration of 11ic may ask you to undergo verification at any time. To verify your identity, you will need to send your passport or driver’s license photos to the support service.
If you are suspected of fraud or money laundering, your account will be blocked for investigation. If the fraud is confirmed, the blocking will become permanent. The personal data of the offender may then be shared with law enforcement authorities.
